Inequity Disruptor.

Championing anti-racism isn’t for the faint of heart—it requires a well-stocked equity toolkit, the expertise to deploy it, and the fortitude to guide transformative change within communities and organizations alike.

As a Black woman navigating corporate spaces for over 25 years, I’ve honed my skills in navigating and dismantling systemic barriers. Successfully executing IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility) methodologies demands transparency, courage, and an abundance of patience. Equity work isn’t a sprint; it’s a marathon—and I’m built for the journey.

I am here for it. Straight talk in black and white. Serving up real solutions and rolling up my sleeves to do the work that clears a path FORWARD—for myself, for others, and for the generations to come.

I bring a powerful combination of credentials and lived experience to the FTT4E table: Certified Senior Project Manager, experienced Senior Program Manager, Certified Scrum Master, and Cornell University Certified Diversity and Inclusion Professional.

But my impact isn’t just about credentials—it’s about how I work. My Strategic Delivery process is Agile and Iterative, blending decades of industry expertise, structured methodologies, keen adaptability, and unapologetic Dirty South grit.

FTT4E was born out of this ethos. It represents the urgency of confronting systemic inequities while affirming the resilience and brilliance of Black women who continue to thrive despite them. It’s also the foundation of We Are The Ones (WATO)—a transformative initiative that takes equity work beyond theory and into action, creating sustainable pathways for healing and change.

Equity isn’t easy—but the fight for it is essential.

For Black women, the demand for equity isn’t just a choice; it’s our work, our mission, and our legacy. It’s about refusing to accept less and standing in the knowledge that we deserve more.

At the heart of FTT4E and We Are The Ones We’ve Been Waiting For is this unwavering truth: the fight for equity is ours to lead, and together, we are powerful enough to claim it.

Running The Gauntlet.

Black women are Subject Matter Experts in navigating the relentless “Prove It Again” bias—a hurdle we’re forced to confront daily in toxic workplaces. Yet, even after we rise to the challenge and demonstrate our excellence, the “Competency Gauntlet” resets, demanding we start over.

Don’t shoot the MESSenger.
