Inequity Disruptor.

Championing anti-racism is not for the faint of heart. It requires a well-stocked equity toolkit, the expertise to deploy it, and the fortitude to guide transformative change within communities and organizations alike.

As a Black woman navigating corporate spaces for more than 25 years, I have sharpened my ability to identify, challenge, and dismantle systemic barriers. Executing IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility) methodologies demands transparency, courage, and sustained patience. Equity work is not a sprint. It is a long game, and I am built for the journey.

I am here for it. Straight talk. Clear strategy. Real solutions. I roll up my sleeves to clear a path forward for myself, for others, and for the generations coming behind us.

I bring both credentials and lived experience to the FTT4E table: Certified Senior Project Manager, Senior Program Manager, Certified Scrum Master, and Cornell University Certified Diversity and Inclusion Professional. My impact is not defined by titles alone, but by disciplined execution. My Strategic Delivery approach blends structured methodology, adaptive leadership, and unapologetic Dirty South grit.

My impact is not defined by titles alone, but by disciplined execution. My Strategic Delivery approach blends structured methodology, adaptive leadership, and unapologetic Dirty South grit.

FTT4E was born from this ethos. It began as a direct response to systemic inequities impacting Black women in the workplace. Today, it continues to honor that truth while widening the table to engage broader communities in truth-centered, anti-racist dialogue. The work has also expanded into We Are The Ones (WATO), a transformative initiative that moves equity beyond theory and into sustained community action.

Equity is not easy. But it is essential.

For Black women, the demand for equity has never been optional. It is lived reality, responsibility, and legacy. And while we have long carried this work, the future calls for shared accountability.

At the heart of FTT4E and We Are The Ones is a simple truth: equity requires leadership, courage, and community. Together, we are powerful enough to claim it.

Running The Gauntlet.

Black women are Subject Matter Experts in navigating the relentless “Prove It Again” bias—a hurdle we’re forced to confront daily in toxic workplaces. Yet, even after we rise to the challenge and demonstrate our excellence, the “Competency Gauntlet” resets, demanding we start over.

Don’t shoot the MESSenger.
