    After a year of reflection, the author evolved their initiative, Flip The Table For Equity, into Flip The Table For Good Trouble, emphasizing collaboration and sustainable change over disruption. Recognizing the need for deeper dialogue, the focus now is on creating inclusive spaces for anti-racist conversations, driven by collective action and intention.

    Months before life changes occurred, Jaiya and I planned a trip to the University of Houston for her campus visit. After my job loss in August 2024, community support became vital. Despite hardships, kindness from strangers helped secure her future at UH and, ultimately, her journey toward the LA2028 Olympics. Thank you all.
