Pema Chödrön’s teachings helped Luckie with personal trauma, particularly during her mother’s struggle with Alzheimer’s and following workplace inequity she’s recently faced. The initiative “Flip The Table 4 Equity” aims to transform shared trauma into empowerment through community engagement, storytelling, and actionable strategies to promote equity and support among Black women in toxic work environments.

On August 11, 2020, President Joe Biden selected Kamala Harris as his running mate. Unique t-shirt designs were created to support her campaign, inspired by her speeches and the shared name “Devi.” Even after facing difficulties, the goal remains to support Harris and empower Black women. The t-shirts symbolize hope for change.
