NEXT GRITTY EQUITY EVENT.

An Inequity Disruptor Podcast.

vision.

Flip The Table For Good Trouble is a truth-centered podcast that convenes diverse voices for real-time, equity-focused dialogue on race, systemic oppression, leadership, and the world we are actively shaping.

Anchored by Justice-Centered Buddhist Priest Myokei Shonin, Anti-Racism Leader Kyle Cronk, and Equity Strategist Luckie Daniels, the podcast brings three distinct but equally radical perspectives to a weekly tea ritual designed to ground difficult conversations in reflection, steadiness, and shared responsibility.

This is not commentary. It is disciplined dialogue.

concept.

Each episode centers a timely equity issue or current event and invites diverse guests into truth-centered, anti-racist discussion. Conversations are intentionally paired with a featured tea selection.

The tea ritual is not symbolic. It is structural.

In a culture driven by urgency and outrage, we choose to slow the pace. Tea creates space for clarity, listening, and accountability. It reinforces that transformation requires steadiness, not spectacle.

We are not “spilling tea.” We are steeping with intention.

why this matters now.

Public discourse around equity has become polarized, diluted, or driven underground. Institutional initiatives have shifted. Many communities feel fatigue, confusion, or isolation.

At the same time, the need for courageous, informed dialogue has never been greater.

Flip The Table For Good Trouble widens the table. It models how diverse perspectives can engage hard truths without retreating. It strengthens our individual and collective capacity to confront harmful systems and move meaningful change forward in community life.

This platform moves beyond institutional frameworks and into shared responsibility.

“If you are silent about your pain, they will kill you and say you enjoyed it.”
