At FTT4E, we hold space for Black and Brown women Truth Tellers—those who courageously share their work trauma experiences, where the intersections of race, ethnicity, gender, identity, age, and experience (Intersectionality) played a central role in the abuse they endured in underrepresented and marginalized spaces.
We are here to flip the table for Racial Equity. We come ready with the gift of transparent, anti-racist dialogue, delivered in simple black and white.
The work ahead won’t be easy, but it’s necessary.
